Tires: tire fit, cargo van, speedometer

On a 2003 E-250 cargo van, will LT245/75/r16 tires fit on 16 x 7 rims (stock)

I absolutely know that an LT245/75R16 with fit on 16 X 7" rims, but I'm only pretty sure there is enough room under the fenders for this size, and I'm fairly certain there will be a speedometer error of 4% which means your speedo will read 57, but you are really doing 60.
