does 205-65-15 fits on corolla 2003 CE ,original tires are 185-65-15,and doing that ,does it affect the engine

I'm not sure there is enough room under the fenders for this size.  This is something you'll have to ask someone who is familiar with this vehicle - a web site devoted to this vehicle, for example.  

But assuming there is, a 205/65R15 is 4% larger than a P185/65R15.  That means the engine will have fewer rpms for a given speed (note:  don't look at the speedometer - it will be in error.)  The vehicle will accelerate slower, but your fuel economy will be slightly better,
