Tires: V rated vrs H rated, high performance cars, infinity q45

Question
I have a Luxury Sedan (93 infinity Q45), and the manufacture recomends V-rated tires.  I recently found out that michelin doesn't make the pilot V rated tires anymore. The dealer I have, placed an order for the Exalt A/S  H series tire. Which is a drop in tire grade..
My questions are:
Will I notice a drop off in performance?
Why did michelin quit making the V rated tire?
My main concern now is if I'm making the right choise?
I d like to know if you have an alterative recomendation for the future.

Thanks in advance.

Answer
Logan,  The H rated tire should do fine for that model. With todays technology, a Michelin H rated tire is has good as a V rated made in 93.  Based on tire sizes for todays High performance cars a 15" is not made higher than H rated. Only some 16" are made but mostly 17" and higher.
