Tires: Jeep Liberty tires, dry pavement, inflation pressure

Question
Does the tread design of the tires generally used on the Jeep Liberty cause the vehicle to handle differently from an average auto traveling on a dry hard surface road at about 35 MPH?  For example, does it tend to oversteer?

Answer
Tread pattern has very little to do with the understeer / oversteer characteristics of a vehicle except to say the tread pattern might emphasize the natural tendancy of the vehicle's behavior, especially in low grip situations.  But on dry pavement at 35 mph, it should be difficult to judge the tread pattern's affect on anything unless you apply a lot of power.

But I should also say that inflation pressure has a major affect on the balance (oversteer / understeer) as would the loading of the vehicle, especially on a short wheelbase vehicle, like the Liberty.
