Tires: tires, d65, speed range

I asked an earlier question about Vogue tyres which you couldn`t answer so here goes another.... The tires on my car (Dunlop d65 elites) look fine. Three different tire guys said as much. When I drive the car at around 55 to 62 miles an hour the tires feel unstable. I get a type of wobble. The tires and rims have been recently balanced.Front end also checks out o.k. I only feel this unstability in this speed range. Any thoughts?

Could you describe the instability in a little more detail?

Does the vehicle wander?  Or is the vehicle directionally vague?  Is the vehicle OK on some surfaces, but not on others?

I got the part about the speed and that sounds like a uniformity problem with the tires, but this might be due to the tires being worn into an out of round condition.  But it doesn't explain in unstable part.
