Tires: changing tire size, honda civic lx 2006, size tire

I have honda civic lx 2006: size tire 205/55/16.

Can I change it to 215/60/16 without any problem with speed meter of my car?
what is the advantage over the 205/55/16?

This type of change will cause a 5% error in speedometer.  This is outside the range of what is normally considered acceptable.  

You didn't say why you were considering a size change, but if ride improvment is the goal, it is going to be difficult to improve the ride and not cause the tire to rub.

Just an FYI:  You can change most any tire property more just between different tires of the same size, than changing sizes, but keeping the same tire.
