Tires: Wheels and tires for a 69 GTO and/or Firebird, aftermarket wheels and tires, 1010 tires

I have a 69 GTO and a 69 Firebird, both with stock rally wheels.  I was thinking of getting a set of aftermarket wheels and tires that would ideally completely fill the wheel wells of the GTO (without rubbing the corners of the front fenders on a tight turn), and could also be swapped over to the Firebird.  Do you know of a good set up that would meet my requirements or point me in the right dirrection?  Thanks

There are a number of places you might look, and it would depend on what your goal is.

Tire Rack and 1010 Tires both sell wheels over the Internet.

You might also try some of the on line clubs or web sites devoted to your vehicles to determine what the maximum size is that will fit without rubbing and they may have found a place that produces wheels that are in the style of the original wheels.
