Tires: Vibration, inflation pressures, conversion van

I have a 92 GMC full size conversion van, high top, 350 V8, 5.7 Litre. When I start out driving, I notice a vibration in my outside mirrors, they shake, I also feel the vibration in the steering wheel, I can see the seats vibrating, This just started recently, could this be out of balance?

It could be, but it could also be irregular wear.

Irregular wear is usually caused by misalignment, aggravated by lack of rotation and low inflation pressures.

So do the rotation first and see if that solves it.  If so, then go get an alignment so the tires will take longer to get to the point where they vibrate.
