Should you adjust your tire pressure with the bike on the center stand or on the side stand or does it matter.  If it matters then what is the correction factor?

It shouldn't make any difference at all as to whether your bike is on the mainstand or sidestand. If you think about it, if you were checking the air pressures on your car tyres, would you jack it up?
The important thing to remember is always check your tyre pressures cold as if they were checked warm, you would get an incorrect reading, this shows even more on tubed tyres.
