im 16 in november and looking for good but cheap mo-ped lessons in the midlands any ideas?

I would suggest you contact your local council road safety department. They should have a list of approved CBT instructors. It doesn't matter who you use but soon CBT will be a legal requirement, that is, you won't be allowed to ride at all until you've completed it.
