Is my 110cc X-18 R-Nitro Super Bike street legal in Kansas?  The Super Bike has a 17 digit Vin and is highway legal in most states. It goes 70+ and meets the saftey requirements of FMVSS and EPA approved. I am not sure if the state of Kansas recognizes this Super Bike.

Most states will allow you to register a bike as long as you have a title and it's street-legal (meaning it has all the required equipment like lights, brake light, stop lamp, brakes, mirror, horn, etc.) You'll need to check with the Kansas motor vehicle department, or maybe your local PD or Sheriff, to be sure.
