Motorcycle Safety & Driveability: Wont stay running, yamaha pw 80, nueral

Question
The bike starts real easy but kicks off about as soon as you start it. I think it is something in the carburator but can't find any information on the bike.  The only thing I have on the bike is the number ob SRV 13625, Yamaha PW 80,  Has Indy Cylce & Ski wrote on it and YXYNGSKI
Oil  650c Mg3.  This was given to us and we have no books or anything on it.

Does the bike start in Nueral (Or with clutch pulled) and then stop when you put it in gear?

Let me know, or if you can tell me EXACTLY when it stops, we can get this problem fixed.  

BTW...  What you describe is probably not carburation.
