Have you ever tried Rescue Facts Chin Strap Attachment.  www.rescuefacts.com/newproducts?

Please forgive me for the late reply. I was on vacation but couldn't seem to change my away time on the allexperts administration pages before I left.

Never tried it or heard of it, but it seems like a great idea to have it right on the chinstrap, especially if you have any medical conditions that an EMT would want to know.
