Motorcycle Safety & Driveability: motorcycle, kelly blue book, motorcycle news

Question
Is there a something similar to a Kelly Blue Book for motorcycles?  Also where could I go internet or otherwise to get reviews on motorcycles preferablly 2 to 3 years old?

Answer
Richard,

Thanks for the question. Kelly Blue Book does have a section for motorcycles. You can access it online at www.kbb.com. It's a sub-heading on the lower left. Works just like the car section!

As for reviews of older bikes, I'd check out www.motorcycledaily.com (a free site) and look in their archives, and www.motorcycle.com (a pay site, but only $12, and a very good site). Also, www.mcn.com, the site for the great British magazine Motorcycle News, is a great resource. It's a pay site as well, but since Euro model are essentially identical to US models, their extensive archive is worth paying for. As always, check Cycle Worlds site (www.cycleworld.com). I usually use Google.com and type in something like "ZX-12R Test" and see what pops up. I've had good luck finding news groups, owners clubs and old reviews that way.

Good luck!
