Used Cars: extreme low miles older used car value, s type jaguar, extended warranty

Question
My uncle is selling his 2001 S-Type Jaguar with less than 7000 miles by all indications by others selling on web and websites private party value (KBB, Edmond's) is $11,000.00, yet my brother insists I should hold out for $14,000.00 if not more due to extreme low miles and original owner, excellent condition, etc. How much extra cash value is a 2001 luxury car worth due to extremely low miles?

Answer
I can relate to this, I just bought a 2002 jag s type with 21,000 for 6500, I thought because of the low miles and working for a dealer I made a good purchase, Wrong, that car stay's in the shop because of the age of all the parts, seems that with age and not driving it like the previous owner things are worn out and break quicker, luckily we bought an extended warranty, the whole suspension had to be changed out, they charge the warranty co 6700, they said it was due to the age of the car. Sometimes old age with low miles isn't a good idea, I won't do it again, no matter who you buy a car from have it inspected first.
