Used Cars: Purchased dangerous vehicle, auto repair shops, pennsylvania attorney

I recently purchased a geo tracker thru a large dealership in Pennsylvania on e-bay for $4550.  The car has only 16,000 original miles on it and was sold with no warranty, however the dealer, in their disclosure statement indicated the vehicle was roadworthy. They also added a comment on the autocheck report that " the body is in nice shape, I did not see any rust". The car was shipped to my address in Colorado at my expense.  I noticed severe rusting of the undercarriage and have had three body repair/auto repair shops look at it.  Each of them has said the vehicle's undercarriage and fuel tank is so badly rusted and damaged that it is unsafe to drive even for short distances and is unrepairable. I have hired a Pennsylvania attorney to represent me and have sent photos of the damage to him and the dealership. I am asking them to take the car back, refund my money and split the cost of shipping it back to Pennsylvania.  Is there a law that prohibits the sale and transportation of an unsafe vehicle across State lines?  I am determined to not give up on my claim because it seems to me to be unconscionable to sell what one repair specialist called a potential timebomb or disaster waiting to happen and told me not to drive the vehicle. Sorry to hear all that Don, I would start by finding out who owns the dealership, is it privately owned or by a corp. Always go to the top first, do not communicate with anyone lower than a general sales mgr, go for the dealer principle or general mgr first, believe me they do not want to handle any problems, they are far more intelligent and know that your offer is more than fair. There will be some people that try to block you but keep trying, once they here your story everything will be fine. Remember you can catch more bees with honey than vinegar, most people that call these people are screaming and saying they are the blame, they are smart people and will resolve your problem.
