Used Cars: used car, misrepresentation, joanne

Question
even if you buy a car as is if the car is not running or needs repairs within the first week of the car being driven off the lot, who is responsible for the repairs within the first 30 days, what are my righs

Answer
Hi Joanne

AS IS means just that, whatever problems the car may encounter the moment you signed the contract becomes your problems.

Had you bought a certified vehicle it would most likely have come with a warranty, if you feel you may be able to prove misrepresentation let me know, and we will go in a different direction.

Joanne I would like to be on your side and help you out, but the words AS IS does not look good, If you bought from a dealer I would like to know whom it is so I can warn other buyers ?
