Used Cars: used car purchase, warranty provider, cash cow

Question
I purchase a used car by providing a 1500 down pymt and agreeing to pay the additional 5000 when included a 1000 warranty fee. The transmission and the engine light came on day 7 and I was told that that the warranty was not good for 2 weeks this was not mentioned at the time of sale. The dealer had the car being woked on until day15. Day 16 the car window would not roll up and the is another noise. I have only had the car in my possession for a total of 8 days and the dealer is saying that it is under warranty now and it is my problem. He refuses to let me out of the contract even thoughough I told him he could have his car and keep the down payment so that I am not stuck paying on a car that breaks down every week. What should I do

Answer
I really want to be on your side but there is nothing you can do unless you can prove misrepresentation, and that can be costly.

Here is a link on my website that you can contact for free to see if a lawyer will take on your case for free.  http://www.usedcartips.org/dispute.html

We all make mistakes, I wish you would have visited my website prior to purchase to study how to buy a car, the warranty you purchased is useless I my sorry to say, it's a cash cow for the dealer.

I do have some suggestions how to counter act if you want to pursue the issue,,, Send me a link to the dealer or address along with name of the warranty provider, and check the make private box with reply.
