Used Cars: Titles, raising hell, motor vehicle

Question
QUESTION: i bought a car and was not aware of the problem at first but the title is rebuilt which isnt a big deal until you go to sell a car and its a bmw so it kinda is a problem.

i dont see any damage or even where damage might have been is there anyway to transfer a rebuilt title over to a clean title?

ANSWER: Well first off I would be raising hell with whom you purchased the vehicle.  Though it may not be a law where you are, it is a big NO NO, in most of the world to do this, without making the customer aware of it.  And to my knowledge, there is nothing you can do to change the rebuilt status of this vehicle.

QUESTION: individual

Answer
Well being that you bought it from an individual, I am not sure what you can do. If you had bought it from a dealer, I think you would have some kind of a chance, but more than likely a dealer would have told you. So...let me just say this, if that happened in Oklahoma, I would advise somebody to get in touch with the Used Motor Vehicle and Parts Commission.  They are kinda like the "Used Car Police".  If you have something comparable to that where you live, I would advise  you find them, and see what you can do.
