Used Cars: Bought a used car..., cosmetic damage, fact of the matter

Hello, I bought a used car, new it was salvaged, but the dealer said it was only cosmetic damage. We paid, then now a week later took it to a mechanic and it has a bent frame and a leak in the transmission... Can I get my money back due to not fully disclosing the extent of the damage?

NO....they fully disclosed all they needed to in telling you it was salvaged.  I wish I could tell you better news, but fact of the matter is this, I recommend people have vehicles checked out, without them being salvaged titles.  You just never, ever, purchase a used car without having it checked out by your own mechanic before you purchase it, especially on rebuilders.
We live in a very DISHONEST world, you just dont ever take a salesman at his word, unless you know in advance whether or not they have a good reputation for being honest.
