QuestionI bought a car in NY for $1400.00, There was a little rust on the car and I specifically asked the dealer if the car was ever submerged in water. He told me NO. A tire blew out 2 days later, when I went to jack the car up I could not get it up because the rusted frame just crumbled, Can I get my money back?
AnswerSorry, NO, you bought the car AS IS, the seller may have lied about many things, but you got no comeback.
You have to know what you're doing or be very lucky in that price range, $1400. is still a lot of money to have wasted and I wish I had an answer to make you feel good.
Somewhere along the line you will be making another purchase, run the deal by me before you close it, and I will look for red flags.
