There an ad selling an 95 Mercury Cougar 73k $2,200 XR7 V8 is that an good price. Good or bad explain why...Please..

If the car is in good condition, and that is true and actual mileage, that is a good price.  Those cars were really, really good cars.  Properly done, can be made to flat get it.  I have owned a few of those cars, I love them.  Fun to fix up, fun to drive, comfortable, and tough!  Not the best gas mileage, but you have to sacrifice some where...lol
If it has been taken care of, you will love it.
