Used Cars: Returning a used car- no dealer signature, loop hole, extended warranty

Question
I bought a used Hyundai exactly one week ago, and after I found out that it might have some transmission problems I started to feel the buyer's remorse. I just noticed that the dealer never signed on the line that says "This order is not binding until signed and accepted by dealer" on the retail purchase order. Does this mean that I should be able to just return it without any problems, seeing as how the agreement was never valid? Thanks!

Answer
That's a question for an attorney that's familier with your state laws. If the dealer offered you an extended warranty at the time of purchase and you refused, they are probably covered or if you signed an "As Is", but you never know, you may have a loop hole in your favor. Don't ask the dealer about the signature, you will just get the run around, you have to ask an attorney. Wish I could help more. Good Luck
