Used Cars: Lien question, tooth comb, lien holder

Question
sorry, I have written you several times.
I have found that there is a lien on the vehicle I want to buy
The seller is the lien holder.
How do I make sure that there arent problems with buying or owning this car?

Answer
I would DEFINETLY have it checked by a reputable mechanic of YOUR choice.  Dealers will do some crazy thing to get out from a Repo'ed
car, like fix things quick, and cheap, because they are probably losing money as it is.  So I would go through the vehicle with a fine tooth comb.
