Used Cars: a used Toyota with serious problems, toyota camry, toyota dealership

Question
Hi.We bought this Toyota Camry 95 at local dealership for 3,000.00 It was doing fine on test-drive. It took me 5 days to register it and the first time I started it I found  a problem with steering. The car was towed to local Toyota dealership and I was told that it has a leak in steering system and that (!!!) left rear wheel is jammed and rotates only backward.
Is it possible that the car will pass inspection with it? Are there any laws that will let me have my money back?

Answer
Sorry for the delay, Most dealers will have you sign an "As Is" piece of paper, if so there is nothing you can do and they should have something were they offered you an extended warranty and you declined it. I don't understand what your saying about a wheel that only turns backwards.
Sometimes you can have the dealer give you assistance, were they will help you fix the problem at their cost?
The lesson here is, if your buying a car from a reputable dealer, you should always take the car and have it checked out, get a second opinion.
