Used Cars: buying a car, auction vehicles, 2001 infiniti i30

Question
hello, i am in process to buy a 2001 infiniti I30 CAR .IT MILES IS 137000. it is  very nice one ,but i have one problem .since i am buying it from an auction. the seller won't allow to take it for a test drive nor taking it the mechanic expert to check the  few problems that the seller thinks are minor problems  .i would like you please to advise me weather to buy it or not.thank you very much for taking time to answer my question.

Answer
don't buy cars at auctions unless you can afford to fix the most expensive item on the vehicle, that car is at the auction because a dealer didn't want to try to sell it or because they didn't want to try to fix it. Auction vehicles seem like a good deal at first, but then after your good buy has cost you another 30 percent you will wish you had found something else at a reputable dealer.
just my two cents

JUST CURIOUS, YOU ASKED MY OPINION, ON A VEHICLE I CAN'T LOOK AT, DRIVE, OR INSPECT, WITH WELL OVER 100000 MILES ON IT.  I GAVE YOU AN HONEST ANSWER AND BECAUSE YOU DID NOT LIKE WHAT YOU HEARD, YOU TRASHED MY RATINGS? WOW THANK YOU SO MUCH. MAYBE IF I WOULD HAVE SAID YEAH MAN BUY IT YOU WILL LOVE IT, YOU WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME HIGHER SCORES UNTIL YOU BOUGHT IT AND IT DROPPED A TRANSMISSION TO THE TUNE OF ABOUT $4000.  I HOPE YOU DO BUY IT, THEN YOU CAN VERIFY MY KNOWELEDGE LEVEL AS BEING HIGHER THAN YOU ORIGINALLY SCORED IT.
GOOD LUCK
