Used Cars: about cars again, good mileage, camry corolla

Question
how i asked u in the past about what cars might be good to purchase around 5000 dollars

and i found a mitsubishi eclipse on around 125k miles
for around 3000 dollars

whats a good mileage for used cars???

Good mileage depends on the car - the engine in the eclipse is not renowned for being very reliable - I had a 96 eclipse with 130,000 miles and it was not a very reliable car... my sister on the other hand has a civic with 180k+ and it never gives her trouble... I would aim for a civic/accord or camry/corolla in that price range - you can find a 98 civic with 100k for that amount (or close) if you search hard...
