Used Cars: mileage, chevrolet cavalier 2000, chevy cavalier

is it advisable to  buy a chevrolet cavalier 2000 model with 250000 km used?
is it fair to buy that car for  $ 2250 dollars?

The chevy cavalier is not a very high quality vehicle and I don't advise buying them with high mileage (or at all frankly, the design was very dated by 2000 and the build quality was sub par).  As for the price... about 2000 or so would seem fair to me... 2250 if its in really good shape and well maintained...  if the asking price is 2250 i would offer closer to 1900 or 2000 for the car...
