Used Cars: Used car, expensive car, trial period

Question
I a purchased a used car on Friday, and changed my mind about the car. How long do I have to return it and can it go against me on my credit.

Answer
Well... cars are not like most things... you can't really just decide you don't want it and return it.. unless you bought it from a dealership that has such a policy.. (if you bought it from a dealership you can just call and ask if they do have that policy)... if you bought it from a person you can always ask them to let you sell it back to them/trade it back to them.. but they don't have to agree... thats why people spend months looking for that perfect car.. once you buy it.. its yours.. the best you can do is have bought it from a dealership.. and they either have a trial period/policy where you can return the vehicle (very rare) or if they dont.. go back to the same dealership, find a more expensive car you like more.. and see if they will let you trade up (its more money for them... so they shouldn't mind)... sorry but its the best you can do...
