How much do you think is a good price to pay for a 2005 Ford Taurus SEL with electric moonroof, and remote entry,  alarm, trunk, cruise control, power everything and 40,000 miles. The car is perfect inside and there is not one dent or scratch or paint chip on the outside. Thanks

Well the blue book retail is 13,800.. private party is 10,700... I would say given the demand for that car is pretty low, and it was a very old design, you should be able to get it for 10,000 or perhaps under depending on what they are asking... and your location... see what similar cars are going for locally... that should give you a better idea... I usually try to pay nothing over blue book private party... no matter who is selling.. and you should be able to get it under blue book... what are they asking for it?
