Used Cars: lost my title trading in tomorrow, lien check, car tomorrow

Question
I am trading in my 7yr old car tomorrow afternoon, already left deposit and am "taking delivery" of new car tomorrow.  My old car is paid off as of a few years ago, no clue where the title is.

Can the dealer look it up when I am there or will i need to postpone the trade till i can get a copy ?

Guess you missed giving the zip code which would tell me where you located.
Dont worry the dealer will apply for a lost and then a transfer into their name, besides they will already have done a lien check for clear title..
