Used Cars: used car laws, three payments, personal problems

Question
I sold a used car to a lady in in North Carolina last year for $1,000. The car was in running condition when she drove the car away from my house. I never made a guarantee on the car. She signed an agreement to make monthy payments to me. She made three payments, then she stopped making payments, because she was having personal problems. Now, she is refusing to make any more payments, because she says the car is a piece of junk. I have record of the three payments she made. I have filed suit against her, and she is counter suing me for the work she has had done on the car. My question is, can she sue me for the repairs she has made to the car since she took posession of the car?

Answer
Hi J
When you sell a vehicle private its AS IS unless the lady has got something written by you that says otherwise...
I am not a lawyer but 100% sure you will win the case...
Just reading this mail makes me laugh, what a nerve she has got...You tell her point blank she will be paying all court costs also
