I am looking into starting my own hot shot business. I am getting my business plan prepared, and was wondering if you could tell me what type of business it would fall into, would it be LLC, or something else? Thanks

Nathan, I suggest you gain an understanding of the different business structures and the pros and cons of each structure.  Start here for a good general discussion.
