Hi oversees, overseas!
I'm possessing germane driving license for cars, (including single trucks up to 7.5to and with trailer 12to)As I'm willing to Immigrate whether to US or Canada and making the AZ license. First of a thousands questions:Canada or US?

I don't know anything about Canada regulations. The US has an agreement with Canada, a US driver can operate in Canada and a Canada driver can operate in the US. I'd say get a Commercial Drivers License in the country you plan to operate the most in.
