do i need a cdl license to haul loads with a 3500 hd flatbed w/gooseneck trailer? i'm from texas if that would help determine your answer.

Well, it depends. I need to know what you are hauling, are you using it for personal use, farm use, or hauling products to earn money? Also, I need to know what the GVWR on the truck and the trailer is. There should be a data plate for the truck inside the drivers door frame and the trailer should have a data plate somewhere. Do you plan to leave Texas with any loads? Give me all the info you can. There is rules and exceptions to the rules and exceptions to the exceptions to the rules.
