QUESTION: HI,
I AM 16 AND WANTED TO KNOW IF I COULD GET MY NCML I HAVE A REGULAR CLASS C FOR ABOUT A YEAR AND WILL BE DRIVING A 3/4 CAR HAULER WITH JEEPS THAT WE TAKE TO GO OFF ROADING AND A BOAT.

ANSWER: Hi Dwayne.

You should be fine with a Class C.  Your not hauling anything commercially even though you will be pulling a trailer.  Also, what you are hauling is small.

QUESTION: yes my dad is currently leasing on to a company for car car hauling and we
have a roll off business so I wanted to kno if I could drive the car hauler not
for hire but to help him out with out pay

Hi Dwayne.

As long as vehicles that are being transported are not customers.  What I mean by that, is they are your vehicles and friends.  If they are vehicles that people are paying to be shipped, then you cannot legally drive.  The other issue would be insurance.  I wouldn't drive any vehicle without your name on the insurance policy.  Call your states DOT and maybe you can get a "farm excemption".  Tell them your helping drive on the farm!
