Trucking: Hot Shot start up, cdl class, luck jim

I am looking at starting a hot shot company in north central Texas. My question is what I need. I have the truck and trailer, I have a CDL class A. I have a LLC that this will go under (the LLC was created for a tank truck business). Thanks for any advise.
