Trucking: Hot Shot business, full time job, hot shot business

Jim- I am an accountant by trade, in fact, both my wife and I are accountants. Lately, I have been thinking about starting my own business, I have no plans on leaving my full time job, but as an investment, I would like to purchase a small pickup, find a driver, and start a hot-shot business in Houston. I have no experience with this, only an idea. If I were to pursue this, how would I get started? Is there a class I should take, or an advisor I could see? IF you could lead me in the right direction, I'd really appreciate it. I just need to know how to get started.
