what are my legal right to get monies due to me from vendors, or factoring companies, or brokers
collection agency vs small claims

I have several thousand dollars due to me, and no on will pay me or return my calls.

Hi, Contact the Bonding company for the Broker. It should be listed on the FMCSA web under Licensing and Insurance.
using the MC# of the Broker.  Other suggestions are to contact the FMCSA directly and register a complaint against the broker. Consult a Lawyer about the others. Sorry I could not be of more help . J P Long, Web: www.longdataser.com
