Truck Repair: 1999 international 9400

Question
I have an 1999 international 9400 with a N14 cummins engine my truck  cuts off after it is started . The first time it started cutting off it would start back up and cut off and I was able to make it home but could not go pass 3rd gear, could not pick up speed because lost of power. This time the cross over valve,  fuel lines, fuel filter, fuel injector #3 because it wasnt firing, turbo gasket, and exhaust manifold gasket was replaced even though the computer diagnostic test readings stated low voltage to ecm and fuel injector #3 not firing. All injectors were cleaned and seals and battery terminals cleaned and wire was redone to the starter. This cleared the codes. The truck was running fine until I filled up with fuel thats when it started cutting off and not stayng started at all and I had to have it towed off the bridge. This time the fuel pump was replaced and it still will not stay started once it is cranked and engine revs its cuts off. The truck check engine light has not come on at all so we are stuck on what the problem could be we have tried everything we know to try. What input do you have that may help with an issue like this? What can try now?

Answer
i would check your ecm wire from your batteries if its been patched anywhere make sure the connectors are not green. also international likes to not make one solid wire from the battery to the ecm they put in weatherpack connectors. start the truck up and pull and shake on that wire to the ecm I would bet somewhere its intermittently losing computer power.
