Truck Repair: M11 engine rebuid, piston kit, gasket kit

We have a 1996 Volvo daycab that engine is shot.  Obviously, not worth much to anyone.  Thinking on rebuilding engine to use as local truck.  What would you think would be an estimated parts and labor cost to do such.  New cylinder head assy, complete gasket kit, piston kit, and new turbo.

To do a rebuild with spares you itemised, and going by local estimates here in Nigeria, you should be thinking of about N750,000.00 (Seven hundred and fifty thousand naira only) The Naira exchanges N155.00 to the USD currently. approximately $4839.00. labour cost can be determined by what obtains for an engine total overhaul in your area.
