Truck Repair: 2003 Mack truck out of fuel, mack truck, blow gun

I have a 2003 Mack Granite tri-axle dump truck that was run out of fuel and won't restart. No hand primer to be found. Is there a trick to repriming the fuel system with out cracking the lines?

Hi Jason,
try removing the fuel filters first and refilling them then re install. try starting it, if no go, if you have access to shop air take your blow gun and put it in the filler hole of the fuel tank, seal around the blow gun with a rag (DON'T DROP THEM IN!!!)and pressurize the tank while someone else cranks it over. usually just refilling the filters is enough to get it going again. remember to only crank for 30sec. max and then let the starter cool for at least 2 minutes otherwise you will be doing a starter soon.
