Truck Repair: truck problems, sahari, driveshaft

i have a 1995 gmc sahari and i have all ready put 4 transmissions in it the transmission houseing keep cracking then the fuild leaks out and burns the transmission what is making the houseing crack it is a L60E 4x4 it has a 5.7 engine please help

I have never heard of a problem with that engine tranny combination that would cause that.
I have had transfer cases break, and maybe one transmission housing, but it was from serious off road driving, where the front wheels were hitting rocks, and ditches, and driving the front driveshaft back till it bottoms out and breaks whatever will give, which is usually the transfer case.
But if your truck isn't being driven like that, I have no idea what would break them, unless they are not being bolted together properly, and cracking them on a dowell pin.

I assume you are having the work done by someone you can trust.
