Truck Repair: Engine cranks but wont start (No smoke), n14 cummins, engine cranks

Question
I have a 1994 International 9400 Eagle with an N14 Cummins with a no start condition. I am not getting battery voltage at fuel shut off solenoid. I also have a flash code 243. Could you tell me what flash code 243 means?

Answer
243 is less than 6 volts detected at one of the engine brake driver pins indicates a current draw from ECM greater than 2 amps or faulty ECM power supply.
Have not ever seen that cause a no start.Check the wire terminal at the solenoid, they will break in the insulation at the solenoid.
