Truck Repair: dashboard lights, chevrolet z71 truck, dashboard lights

Question
I have a 1992 chevrolet z71 truck, The dashboard lightstop working and tail-light stop working after washing my truck.

Answer
Surely must have blown a fuse.
I wouldn't have thought water alone would have done it, but something must have been just saturated, and formed a good enough short to ground to blow the fuse.
Possibly on the firewall, where all the wires pass through, but could be any of the parking lights.
