Truck Repair: Cummins M11 year model 1996 not starting, cummins m11, flash check

Cummins M11 will not crank. "Service Check Eng" light stays lit.

Get me the code I can tell you more.Turn key on,turn cruise to on,bump set or resume & count the flashes.Will flash STOP eng light first then flash check engine light for the 3 digit codes with a short pause between digits.Will continue flashing all codes in ECM untill you cut key or switch off.Get back to me.If 121 or 115 are the code then replace EPS sensor mounted under accy drive. Takes a 11/16 wrench to remove.
