Truck Repair: m11 cummins engine, cummins engine, flashcode

help,am having an erf with m11 cum engine managed by celect plus ecm.engine misses on no 2 cyl when u rev up.but ok on idling.i hav replaced all injectors but same.when reading the flashcode is 241 yellow and red together.
1.What does 241 stand for
2.What can be the remedy

241 is VSS sensor(speed sensor on trans) should not have any effect on missfire just no cruise or RPM limited speed ie parameter set in ECM for speed w/o VSS= 1500 RPM.241 will cause a yellow light,the red one is something else.Must be another fault too.
