Truck Repair: Cummins M-11 400 Fuel Problem, diagnostic device, fuel pressure

Have a problem w/stutter or miss when letting up on fuel. Hard down on accelerator miss fades to nothing...let up and miss starts for several seconds. ALL filters new. Is this a fuel pump/pressure prob...sensor prob..or injector prob? Thanks, T

More than likely a fuel pressure problem or injector& not a sensor.First I would check fuel pressure & restriction to make sure they are in specs then cut cyls out(of course this requires a diagnostic device) one at a time to see which inj it is.Specs are less than 10 IN HG restriction & around 120-150 PSI on fuel pressure.
