Truck Repair: engine wont start n14, wire weather, drive oil

Question
I have an n14 which I replace the ecm and it won't start I don't know much
aboout the engine the top is red.  it started it twice but with starter fluid but
now it won't i don't know how to check eps sensor or where it's any help

EPS is in between the Accy drive(also calle air comp drive or fuel pump drive) & oil pump.It has a 4 wire weather pak conector.The 2 inside & 2 outside shold read between 1000-2000 ohmns.I would remove it and visually check to make sure the black plastic part as not protruded past the gold metal housing.
