Truck Repair: Fuel leak on ISX Cummins, fuel leak, fuel transfer

Question
Cliff-

I operate a shop in Seattle, WA, and frankly, and will all due respect to Cummins, as a matter of practice, we don't work on ISX engines.

However, we have one that has a fuel leak, which looks like it's coming from the backside of the pump (?) and is dripping raw fuel on the top of the starter.  We believe this is the fuel transfer pump, which if I am correct, is on the back of the injection pump.  Two questions: One, am I correct in my diagnosis; and if I am correct, do you have any tips on replacing it?  The engine runs, and is not showing any codes, but there is a literal fuel leak.

Thanks in advance for your help.  I appreciate it.

Answer
If it is an EGR engine(Manufactured after 10/02) it does have an electric primer pump installed on the rear of the IFSM.Those gaskets are bad to leak. There are 3 bolts that hold it on & it should leak with just the key turned on for 2 mins(timer for transfer in ECM pump).
